Leah Armstrong, Board Chair
Leah Armstrong, Chairperson Supply Nation, Chairperson Aboriginal Housing Office NSW
Leah, a Torres Strait Islander, has senior professional with over 20 year’s business and not for profit experience. Leah has a strong demonstrated track record in achieving organisational results, creation and maintenance of strong networks and stakeholder relationships by working collaboratively with governments, community and the private sector.
As the CEO of Reconciliation Australia from 2010-2014, Leah led Reconciliation Australia into becoming a professional, trusted and innovative organisation. Leah was a co-founder of Yarnteen Ltd (1992-2009) — a successful Indigenous enterprise operating several commercial and social ventures including bulk warehousing, a car wash, a building company, a registered training organisation, cultural resource/education centres.
In 2009, The Australian Financial Review Boss Magazine recognised Leah as a “True Leader” and in 2012 Leah was recognised in the inaugural 2012 Australian Financial Review/Westpac 100 Influential Women Awards.
Leah holds several Board positions including a member of the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council, a Fellow of the University of Sydney Senate, Chairperson of Supply Nation, Chairperson Aboriginal Housing Office (NSW), and is Chair of The Smith Family Indigenous Advisory Group. She held previous Board positions with Career Trackers, Indigenous Business Australia and Chair of Indigenous Business Policy Advisory Group.
In 2010, Leah hiked the Kokoda Track as a mentor with the Jobs Australia Foundation Indigenous Youth Leadership Program.
Jenny Boddington, Director
Jenny Boddington has over 23 years’ experience in strategy, investment banking and private equity. Until July 2016, Jenny was Global Head, Bancassurance for QBE Group responsible for driving QBE's insurance business with financial institutions.
Prior to that, Jenny was CEO and a Director of QBE Lenders’ Mortgage Insurance Limited. She was also a Director of QBE Mortgage Insurance (Asia) Limited based in Hong Kong and Executive General Manager of Financial Institutions at QBE, responsible for bancassurance in the region, as well as marketing, organisational excellence, change and communications. Previously, Jenny also oversaw the Risk and Operations function of the business bringing together Underwriting and Customer Service, Claims and Loss Mitigation, Business Solutions, Technology and Credit Risk Management Business units.
Before joining QBE LMI, Jenny was Director of Private Equity for Deutsche Asset Management and a Director of Deutsche Bank investment banking in both Sydney and London.
Jenny has a Masters Honours degree in Metallurgy, Economics and Industrial Management from Oxford University.
Patrick Chaney, Director
Patrick Chaney is a seasoned construction management professional with 20 years’ experience in commercial projects in regional and metropolitan Western Australia. For the last three years, Patrick has worked as a consultant and manager in property development
For just under two years, Patrick worked with NANA Australia a subsidiary of NANA Development Corporation (US Aboriginal Corporation). During his tenure with NANA Australia, Patrick developed a number of indigenous and non-indigenous clients, including indigenous corporations, government agencies, private and not for profit developers.
Patrick has extensive experience in local, state and federal government procurement and contracting and the development and execution of strategies in securing government contracts.
Patrick is currently General Manager Projects with the St Ives Group, the leading provider of retirement living accommodation in WA. Patrick’s role with St Ives sees him in charge of all new developments and the redevelopment of the existing property assets of the company.
Glenn Johnston, Director
Glenn Johnston has over 25 years' experience in procurement and logistics management across different industries and market leading companies, Glenn is a nationally recognised procurement expert and thought leader with a deep and proud passion for Indigenous business engagement. By helping Indigenous businesses grow and develop, Glenn firmly believes that this will lead to greater opportunities for Indigenous employment.
Glenn was the recipient of the 2016 Supply Nation Procurement Professional of the Year Award in recognition of his work developing and engaging Indigenous businesses. Glenn currently sits on the Supply Nation Leadership Roundtable and is a member of the Business Council of Australia's Indigenous Taskforce (Business Indigenous Network). He is a Fellow of CIPS and Chair of the NSW Chapter of CIPS, the globally recognised peak procurement and supply professional body with over 110,000 members.
Glenn is a Dharug man from Western Sydney and still lives on traditional Dharug land in Glenhaven.
Justin Mohamed, Director
Justin Mohamed is the Chief Executive Officer of Reconciliation Australia and a proud Aboriginal man of the Gooreng Gooreng nation near Bundaberg in Queensland. Justin has dedicated the past 25 years to working towards building a stronger and healthier nation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Justin believes that better health is linked to the positive outcomes of reconciliation, and that achieving better health for his people will lead to improved education and employment outcomes, financial security, social participation and respect.
At Reconciliation Australia, Justin leads the organisation in its vision to create a more just, equitable and reconciled Australia through key programs and initiatives, including Reconciliation Action Plans, Narragunnawali Reconciliation in Schools and Early Learning, and National Reconciliation Week.
Aaron Pedersen, Director
Aaron Pedersen has over 20 years’ experience in digital product and marketing with a track record of delivering innovative products that drive customer and revenue growth. With a background in law, he has managed his own business from start up to sale and held senior roles in some of Australia's largest companies, bringing a unique combination of hands on entrepreneurial drive and creativity, with enterprise level discipline in analysis, strategy and programme management.
Aaron has demonstrated experience translating customer and market insight into relevant products and experiences, and ensuring these are communicated effectively to customers across all channels.
Through his years spent working in the digital economy, Aaron has gained a deep understanding of digital products, channels and audiences. Aaron believes that his skill-set will help shape the strategic digital direction for Supply Nation.

Laura Berry, Chief Executive Officer
Laura was appointed CEO of Supply Nation in May 2015, having been involved with the organisation since its inception through her work with two founding member companies, Leighton Holdings and Qantas Airways.
Laura has two decades of experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation and reputation management with a career that has spanned the private and public sectors, including Federal and State Politics, Public Affairs and roles with top ASX Listed companies.
Laura joined Supply Nation following four years at Qantas where she led Qantas Group’s Corporate Community Investment Program encompassing the Qantas Reconciliation Program, Qantas Foundation, Indigenous and Community Partnerships, Workplace Giving, National Arts Sponsorships and the Qantas Brand Ambassadors Program.
Laura is currently a Director of Indigenous Business Australia's Cooee Traveller and a member of Telstra’s Indigenous Advisory Committee. Laura’s previous directorships include Engineering Aid Australia and Chair of CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program. Laura holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Laura proudly identifies with her Aboriginal and Italian heritage and was born and raised in Canberra.
Jason Timor, Deputy CEO
Jason is a proud Badu Island man from the Torres Strait Islands and an accomplished professional who has provided consultancy services for some of the largest firms in the Australia contributing to brands including Arnotts, Westfield, KPMG, Sydney Water and AMP.
Most recently Jason headed up Qantas Indigenous Engagement Strategy authoring their fourth edition of their Reconciliation Action Plan at the Elevate level, the highest endorsement from Reconciliation Australia. As part of this work, he introduced an Indigenous internship program, a school based traineeship initiative, the first corporate in-house online cultural competency training and managed a strong Indigenous partnership portfolio which included increasing spend with Indigenous business.
During his time with the organisation, Qantas attracted several awards for their commitment to the Indigenous community including Maxima Indigenous Employer of the Year, Career Trackers Corporate of the Year and Learn X Best e-Learning Initiative. Jason is now the lead for partnerships at Supply Nation - a not-for-profit organisation focused on building the Indigenous business sector.
Tom Baily, Project Co-ordinator
Tom joined Supply Nation in March 2017. Passionate about the creative arts and social enterprise, Tom is a graduate of the selective PhB degree at ANU, majoring in English and Art History with first class Honours. Tom’s previous experience includes editing and review writing on various publications, and event planning and marketing for the ANU Film Group.
Tom’s most recent role was with Career Seekers assisting the team on their new Australian internship program. Tom will work on a range of projects during his time with Supply Nation.
Petra Barratt, Digital Program Manager (currently on Maternity Leave)
Petra joined Supply Nation in January 2017 as Digital Program Manager. She has over nine years’ experience working in Digital in various roles across marketing, product, operations and IT. Petra was previously at Foxtel where she spent over four years looking after their digital strategy and transformation.
Petra plays a key role in managing the implementation and delivery of Supply Nation’s digital programs including Indigenous Business Direct – Supply Nation’s directory of over 1,200 registered Indigenous-owned businesses.
Petra is passionate about all things digital and is always on the lookout for new technologies and solutions to better Supply Nation’s digital portfolio in order to make the life of our suppliers, members and staff easier.
Tarita Cameron, Program and Partnerships Manager
Tarita is a proud Noongar and Yamatji woman from Western Australia.Tarita brings with her seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working in various roles successfully developing, implementing and managing innovative corporate social investment and Indigenous Affairs programs. Tarita has extensive reporting experience which spans across corporate and government environmental reporting and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reporting and coordination.
Tarita joined Supply Nation in May 2014 as the Relationship Specialist - WA/SA to build sustainable relationships with Supply Nation’s corporate Members and Indigenous Suppliers and assist them to engage in commercial activity for mutual business gains. Tarita is excited to be a part of the Supply Nation team to assist in creating economic development opportunities for Indigenous businesses.
Stephanie Craze, Relationship Manager VIC
Stephanie is a proven Manager and Senior Consultant with 20 years’ experience working with corporates & government departments across Australia and New Zealand. Her key strength is her ability to understand clients’ needs and to engage and influence across all levels of an organisation. .
For the past 8 years Stephanie has specialised in Indigenous Employment and Training and Refugee/Asylum Seeker program management at ANZ and the Brotherhood of St Laurence. She played a key role in the development of ANZ's Indigenous employment strategy, the Reconciliation Action Plan and project managed the delivery of ANZ’s Indigenous Cultural Awareness online training program. .
Stephanie is passionate about inclusion and has a background in advocacy for diverse and disadvantaged communities. Her goal is to bring her expertise, knowledge and community relationships to the Indigenous business sector and to help organisations to increase their diversity profile and capacity to engage with Indigenous businesses.
Joseph Dalbora, Head of Corporate Membership
Joseph has had a dynamic 20 year career in solution selling and brings a wealth of experience to the team. He has held various management roles, most recently at Informa and previously with News Limited and Yellow Pages.
Joseph has worked in fast paced B2B and B2C sales environments covering training, business development, key account management, sales strategy regional planning and implementation of new processes to increase workflow productivity. He has a proven ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills and has a strong focus on delivering results whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ray Johnson, Head of Certification and Audit
Ray joined Supply Nation in August 2012 as an Indigenous Business Specialist, responsible for engaging with Indigenous businesses to promote and process applications for Supply Nation’s certification program.
Ray brings with him over 15 years of experience in the security, risk management and the audit/compliance industries. He has assessed, developed and implemented internal enterprise risk management systems and frameworks, quality assurance and protective security risk for numerous national blue chip businesses across varying industries including retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing and construction.
Ray's experience in assessment and auditing and his keen eye for detail serves him well in ensuring that Supply Nation’s certification program maintains its high standard of integrity and authenticity.
Elizabeth Macken, Database Coordinator

Justine Moss, Head of Government Membership
Justine Moss is a passionate advocate and expert advisor within the Indigenous sector. Over the past 10 years she has worked within government, corporate and not for profit sectors, striving to achieve the best outcomes for the Indigenous community primarily around procurement, economic development, employment and empowerment. Justine’s extensive experience has taken her from developing small Indigenous businesses at Koori Business Network to working for the Australian Employment Covenant 50,000 Jobs, Generation One and Reconciliation Australia delivering the Workplace Ready Program.
A testament to her dedication and ongoing tenacity, she is now a procurement specialist and Head of Government Membership with Supply Nation. This national role enables her to focus on driving government to achieve its commitments in procuring goods and services with Indigenous businesses.
Justine’s ongoing drive in this space gives her the ability to inspire others and adopt practical solutions to engage both sides to achieve the best outcomes.
Katie Orton, Events Manager
With a background in event management, logistics, cross-cultural education and performing arts programs, Katie brings broad experience to the Supply Nation team. She came on board in September 2015 to assist with the Connect conference and tradeshow in Perth, and has helped grow our national Connect events by more than 20% year on year.
With a BA in Organisational Communication, Katie has worked in not-for-profit, government and private sectors over two decades in more than 10 countries. A career highlight includes two years working on the Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch relay, managing the event in 6 countries in the South Pacific followed by 100 days straight travelling the nation ensuring 11,000 super excited Torchbearers were in place and on time!
Katie is passionate about making a difference, and contributing to increased understanding between people of all backgrounds.
Azara Regan, Administration and Events Coordinator
Azara Regan joined Supply Nation as Administrative Coordinator in January 2017. Most recently, Azara worked in a research and data analyst role at a superannuation research company. She has three years’ experience working in various administration and office management roles.
Azara spent two years working in remote Indigenous communities including a previous role at a social enterprise in Arnhem Land which focused on the employment and training of Indigenous women. Azara is currently studying a Masters of Accounting and has a Bachelor in Arts and Business. Azara manages Sydney Office reception and administration while supporting the team on a variety of projects.
Sophie Ritchie, Relationship Manager NSW
Having worked in government, philanthropic research and specialised agencies, Sophie brings a diverse skill-set to Supply Nation.
Most recently, Sophie worked in State government writing public policy for the NSW Department of Education. Prior to that, Sophie worked in philanthropic and social impact investing research at a philanthropic fund in Sydney; work that led her to partake in a research fellowship program based at the University of Oxford. Sophie has also worked briefly at the United Nations agency, International Fund for Agricultural Development, at the UN headquarters in New York.
Sophie is committed to the progress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and believes in the power of the private sector and business community to drive economic growth in the Indigenous space.
Marilyn Thorpe, Head of Corporate Services
Marilyn comes to Supply Nation with over 25 years’ experience in corporate services within the not for profit and NGO areas.
She has served on a Board of Directors in Hong Kong and spent over 20 years working within the early childhood sector. Marilyn also acted as Company Secretary in the banking sector in Hong Kong.
Since returning to Australia, Marilyn has continued to work for a number of years in the early childhood sector advocating for high quality community based services. She spent some time working in the project management area prior to commencing with Supply Nation.
Tracey Tiddums, Relationship Manager WA/SA
Tracey is a Yamatji and Noongar woman from Westralia Australia. Tracey worked in the oil and gas industry for nine years in various roles including Secretariat, Indigenous Affairs and Corporate Affairs. During these tenures Tracey gained extensive experience in supporting governance on subsidiary companies, working within teams to implement Native Title agreements, managing stakeholder relationships, and the writing and implementation of sponsorship agreements.
Prior to working in the oil and gas industry, Tracey worked in tertiary education for seven years.
As Relationship Manager for Western Australia and South Australia, Tracey facilitates the engagement of Supply Nation’s corporate members with Indigenous suppliers to support Indigenous business development and entrepreneurship. Tracey is based in the Perth office.
Sandra Waga, Relationship Manager NSW
Sandra is a proud first generation Australian with Assyrian and Iraqi heritage. She joined the Supply Nation team in April 2017. Sandra graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of International Studies and Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in International Relations and Global Business Strategy.
In 2015, she went on to the business development team at CEB, a best practice and management consulting company working with corporate and government organisations. There, she engaged with Finance, Procurement, Risk and Audit Executives in strategic partnerships and now aims to transfer her skills and experience in the not for profit sector.
She is passionate about all social and equality causes and strives to empower Indigenous people and communities through the work accomplished at Supply Nation.
Jenny Wardrop, Relationship Manager QLD/NT
Jenny is a Wiradjuri woman from Central West NSW. Jenny joined the Supply Nation team in October 2013. She brings with her extensive experience from working within Government Departments such as the Department of Education Employment and Work Place Relations (DEEWR). Most recently she worked with the Department of Human Services (DHS).
Prior to working within Government she worked for the Darkinjung Aboriginal Land Council for approximately 12 years. Jenny has also sat on the Board of Darkinjung Land Council and was also elected as Chairperson of this organisation. Jenny holds a BA in Adult Education and Community Management, obtained from the University of Technology Sydney, she graduated in May 2013 and was the first member of her family to attend University.
Jenny is extremely passionate about creating genuine opportunities for Aboriginal people, and is aware of the barriers Aboriginal people face on a day to day basis , she is very excited about where this journey will lead with Supply Nation.
Andrew Wolfson, Digital Program Manager
Andrew is an experienced digital project manager focused on optimising customer experience to drive sustainable growth and solve complex problems. A design and digital thinker, Andrew has experience across multiple industries including government (both state and federal), media, education and technology. Previously he has worked for the NSW State Government where he helped to redesign services with citizens and for citizens.
